Juanita found family harmony

Juanita, a middle age woman having five children, one of them involved in youth gangs, was also suffering due to unfair violence from her husband Pedro, a public bus driver. She started attending the Revaluation of women project chats on women rights and on family conflicts. Nearly one year after that, she is now participating in community events and having a leader profile. Her children are back in school, the one who was in gangs is now working with a relative in the South, her family life is an example for others, her husband left alcohol drinking and abuse is no longer happening, her house has now water and electricity services. Juanita and Pedro have now family harmony and are contributing to achieve the change in Revaluating women in Pamplona Alta.

Better opportunities for pre-school children.

Children at 7 de Junio and 20 de mayo communities smile when receive school materials and refurbished toilets for their Pronoeis (community building for pre-school). Parents also smile because Misericordia Pproject asssure them the assistance on Health care for their children and better conditions on their education. Hence, teachers will receive additional training on educational methods and techniques, and parents will have support on balanced nutrition for children, on family counseling and on income generation activities. Communities and local authorities have signed cooperation agreements and are participating in the development of the project. We all smile along with the children.
